Wheelchairs

If you are a wheelchair user, you are welcome to enjoy the rink in your own wheelchair. You must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the ice. The same applies to motorized wheelchairs. 

Please ensure at the time of booking that you tell us you will be using a wheelchair. Your session is free but your skating companion will be charged the adult ticket price.  To make a booking call 01892 554173 and speak to Lauren Stewart.

In the interest of safety Monday - Friday we offer up to eight wheelchair places on the ice per session up to 4pm and then four thereafter, on Saturday and Sunday we offer up to four wheelchair places on the ice subject to demand. For the enjoyment of wheelchairs users we recommend pre 4pm sessions Monday - Friday.

Upon arrival at the rink our staff will assist you and your companion onto the ice via a ramp. Larger groups of wheelchair users should book in advance as special arrangements can be made.
